Return & Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our policy on returns and refunds.

  • Goods refer to the physical products offered for sale on ZMART.

  • Orders mean your request to purchase Goods from us.

  • Service refers to the ZMART website.

  • Website means ZMART, accessible at www.zmart.live

  • You means the individual or entity using the Service or placing an order.

2. Order Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel your order at any time before the product is shipped, without providing any reason.

To exercise your right of cancellation, please inform us with a clear written request via: zmartshopping24@gmail.com

Once we receive and confirm your cancellation (or returned product, if shipped), we will initiate a refund using the same payment method originally used. No cancellation or refund fee will be charged.

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item was purchased within the last 7 days.
  • The item is unused and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is available (order number or invoice).

Items not eligible for return:

  • Products made to your specifications or customized.
  • Perishable items or those with expired shelf life.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • Items unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.
  • Products inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.

ZMART reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to the following address:

We recommend using a trackable and insured courier service. We are not responsible for goods damaged or lost during return shipping.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

If the item was received as a gift, you will be issued a gift credit instead of a monetary refund.

6.Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift voucher for the value of your return.

If the item was not marked as a gift or shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be credited to the original purchaser.
